Discovery Education provides helpful resources for Administrators, Teachers, Parents, and Students. This website is somewhat similar to PBS Education, and I have also used this one before when looking for lesson plans. It also gives users free educational resources, sorted by both grade level and subject. Discovery Education also links teachers to online and offline seminars that can benefit them greatly.

Zoodles
Zoodles is a resource that shows parents and educators useful, age-appropriate educational applications, while also allowing them to block harmful ads or games. All Zoodles apps are free, but to access all of the features requires a premium membership, which costs money. Users can browse games by subjects, such as Cognitive Development, Creative Development, Math, Reading, and others. The games are geared towards younger students, ages 8 and younger.
PBS Teachers
PBS Teachers provides resources for teachers on many subjects, for all grade levels. Users of the site can filter their results by topic, as well as resource type (Lesson Plans, Online/Interactive Activities, Video, Offline Activity/Project, etc.) I have used this website previously to find lesson plan ideas for a science lesson, and found it very useful. Being able to specify exactly which subject you are interested in teaching, and what kind of resource you are looking for makes it an easy and effective resource for teachers.
Learning Games For Kids
Learning Games For Kids offers a variety of free, fun, educational games for children. They have a large range of topics, including games for Spelling, Geography, Health, Science, Math, Vocabulary, and others. There are also educational songs and videos, as well as printables that teachers and parents can use. This is a less professional looking website than some of the others I've posted, but seems to have useful material regardless.
IXL
IXL is an online resource dedicated solely to teaching mathematics. The instruction ranges from Pre-K to 8th Grade, as well as separate subjects of Algebra and Geometry. There is a free 30 day trial available for teachers interested in using IXL, but after that point they are required to pay. For parents, they can either pay yearly or monthly to gain access to the website's resources. You can search for content by grade or by topic, and example questions are shown under each. IXL also provides the state standards for each state, and is used in more than 150 countries.
Starfall
Starfall is a free online resource specifically dedicated to teaching children to read. There are four sections one can click on to find resources that fit their needs: ABCs, Learn to Read, It's Fun to Read, and I'm Reading. Starfall uses a systematic phonics approach to reading, and is most useful for students in grades Preschool-2nd, as well as special needs students, ESL students, and students who are home schooled.
ABCya
ABCya is a site that provides free, educational computer games and online activities for elementary school students. Resources are available for students ranging from grades K through 5, in topics such as Literacy and Mathematics. All games displayed on the website were either created by, or approved by certified teachers. This site has a very fun, accessible appearance and seems to be a very good resource for both parents and teachers who are trying to incorporate technology and games into learning.
